Tuesday – Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Closed Mondays, as well as on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thursday before Shrove Tuesday, Carnival Sunday and Shrove Monday

Open on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Monday and Corpus Christi

Adults € 11 / € 7*
Children and youth to age of 18: free admission
Refugees*** / beneficiaries of the LVR**: free admission

Last Thursday of each month: free admission

Infopoint

The Infopoint, which offers individual consultation on the further offerings around the museum, is located directly adjacent to the cashier in the entrance area.
